The use of cellular phones is not permitted in the salon or spa during your visit.

Only children receiving services will be permitted in the service area. For the safety of children under the age of 12 who are not receiving services, adult supervision is required in the waiting area.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to keep an appointment, kindly notify us 24 hours in advance for a single service and 48 hours for multiple services. We understand that this is not always possible but we appreciate your effort to give us as much time as possible to book that time for someone else. If we are able to fill your appointment time, it will not be necessary for us to charge you 50% of the missed appointment.
